I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in beautiful gardens, just a stone's throw away from the stunning beach of Unawatuna. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and boasted a very comfortable four-poster bed, which was serviced daily. I particularly enjoyed the nice balcony with a garden view, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea in the morning. As a family traveler, I found it delightful that the room also had a bunk bed for the kids, ensuring we all had a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which included the biggest fruit salad I have ever seen, made with fresh local fruits. The breakfast was served downstairs, where the staff provided excellent service.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! It has everything we were looking for: a clean and comfortable room with excellent amenities, friendly and helpful staff, and a great location close to the beach and many restaurants. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast and a nice front yard with a BBQ. We loved the fact that we could walk anywhere in this city from the hotel, and we had easy access to transportation and parking. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, location close to the beach, and staff.

Room was spacious with comfortable beds and big bathroom. Close to the beach and easy to find as it is on a main road. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The noise from the main road made it hard to sleep at night. there were no amenities such as a pool or garden to relax in.

This hotel is fantastic value for money, with very reasonable prices for the quality of the rooms. The attention to detail is impressive, with the rooms being beautifully maintained and serviced every day. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and across the road from the popular Kingfisher restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and the service is exceptional. The rooms have nice balconies with a lovely garden view, and the beds are absolutely gorgeous, with very comfortable four-poster beds. The breakfast included the biggest fruit salad I've ever seen, with fresh local fruit served downstairs where breakfast was served.

Located close to the best restaurants and just across the road from the beach, the guesthouse offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. the rooms are spacious with clean linen, AC, flat-screen TVs, and power showers. the included breakfast is tasty and healthy, with plenty of fruit, toast, and eggs to keep you fueled for the day ahead.

The communication with the staff regarding late check-out and tour arrangements could be improved to avoid confusion and mischarges.

Loved the location of the hotel, just a quick walk to the beach and to some of the best restaurants in the area. The rooms were also very clean and well-furnished, with well-functioning air conditioning and comfortable beds. the hotel owner was extremely friendly, always offering great advice on where to visit and what to do.

Although the rooms were great, the communal areas of the hotel were not very active or interesting. There wasn't much of a bar scene, making it less of a place to hang out during the evenings.
